Photographer Thomas Czarnecki's series on the subject of fallen princesses delivers unusual new alternatives for the way traditional fairy tales might end. He uses well-known princesses for making dark and complex narratives in a single frame. Without having additional photos to describe the activities prior to these scenes, the viewer will be faced with the dilemma: what exactly happened to happily ever after?
